Job Description

    The Manager Production-Unit 2 position based in Rajkot requires a candidate with a B.E/B.Tech qualification and 10-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Gear cutting, Grinding, General Management, QA processes, and excellent communication skills.As the Manager Production-Unit 2, you will be responsible for leading the production team to achieve optimal results with efficient resource utilization. You will drive the implementation of TPM - KK Pillar and collaborate with the New development team in the early stages to develop FMEA & Control Plans. Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers is a key aspect of the role.In this position, you will be expected to establish and maintain quality management systems in accordance with IATF & Customer specific requirements. Collaboration with PPC, Sales, and QA teams is essential to ensure the timely delivery of products as per customer schedules. Additionally, working closely with supporting functions to implement Digitization, Automisation, and IOT projects will be part of your responsibilities.Furthermore, close coordination with the HR team for Training & development to enhance the competency of engineers and associates is crucial. Implementation of an effective DWM (Daily Work Management) system will also be a part of your duties.,
