Job Description

Position : New Product Development and Projects Engineer-Foundry@ Rajkot Job Location : RajKot, Gujarat Qualification : BE/BTech in Mechanical / Production / Foundry/ Industrial Engineering Experience : 2 to 3 years experience as Project Engineer Coordinator Experience in Foundry or manufacturing is preferred Roles & Responsibilites:

  1. Study and review drawings for analysing manufacturing feasibility of the product.
  2. To create and adhere development plan stage wise.
  3. To verify tool models, tooling and gating.
  4. Planning and witnessing first sample in coordination with production department and process standardization.
  5. Responsible documentation and Standard operating procedure and product files.
  6. Modeling and simulation verification.
  7. Responsible for creation and updation of BOM and CRM for castings.
  8. Customer handling in development stage
  9. Daily rejection analysis and providing CAPA for internal and customer complaints.
  10. Attending internal, customer.
  11. Production pattern maintenance and inspection before verification.
  12. Responsible for initiation of trials, investigation and documentation.
