Job Description

As a Node.js developer, your role involves writing server-side web application logic in JavaScript. You will be responsible for developing back-end components, connecting the application with other web services, and supporting front-end developers by integrating their work with the Node.js application.Key Responsibilities:- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.- Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.- Creating a design for small components and contributing to research projects.- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.- Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability.- Implementing security and data protection.- Developing a robust set of services and APIs to power the web/mobile application.- Collaborating with other team members.- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Qualifications Required:- Proficient knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) and HTML5.- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express JS.- Understanding asynchronous programming and its quirks.- Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade, EJS, etc.- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.- Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3.- Experience in user authentication and authorization between multiple systems.- Willingness to learn fundamental design principles for scalable applications.- Understanding differences between mobile and desktop platforms for optimization.- Implementing unit tests.- Proficient in code versioning tools like Git/Bit Bucket.- Familiarity with agile methodology and participating in standups and workflow tasks.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Location: RajkotJob Type: Full TimeRelevant Experience: 1 to 4 years As a Node.js developer, your role involves writing server-side web application logic in JavaScript.
