Job Description

    • Packing Orders for shipping, Coordinating with courier Partners.
    • Office work like Managing Office supplies, Filing documents,
    • Saving customer information on the System.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
      • Flexibility to manage changing workloads under pressure
      • High levels of accuracy with a strong eye for details
      • Excellent communication skills
      • To be a strong team player who is also confident in working independently
      • Should be able to read English. Fluent Oral communication in English is not a mandate. Basic computer knowledge.
      • who can handle all back office work, accounts, taking calls from clients. Must be fluent in English.
        • Coordination & supervision of office staff & worker movement
        • Supervision of inward/outward movement
          • To identify the sensitive spots in the office and keep an eye on such areas
          • Responsible for daily inspection of the office to maintain hygiene and cleanliness
          • Responsible for placement of unattended items lying in the office at its desired place
          • Responsible for proper segregation of the scrape item and timely disposal in consultation with the management
          • To maintain proper record of the diesel stock for the DG set
          • Responsible for hiring of guest House facilities, if needed
          • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
