Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Oracle ERP Consultant with 8 to 15 years of experience, including 6 years of Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application, your expertise in Fusion Manufacturing application will be crucial. You must have a thorough understanding of various types of manufacturing, related processes, and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include mapping business requirements to Oracle processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and designing solutions. Additionally, you should possess good experience and knowledge of at least 2 other Oracle SCM modules, preferably Inventory Management, Quality, or Costing. It is essential to have a minimum of 2 End to End Implementation experiences in Oracle ERP. Excellent communication and client handling skills are a must for this role, and you should be prepared to travel onsite for Short/Long term assignments. Being a graduate with domain/industry experience will be an added advantage for you.Key Responsibilities:- Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement.- Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.- Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.- Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements.- Act as the team lead/module architect on projects.- Consult effectively with management of customer organizations.- Participate in business development activities.- Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects.Qualifications Required:- 8-15 years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of consulting experience preferred.- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.- Ability to communicate effectively.- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.- Ability to travel as needed.,
