Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our Rubber Manufacturing Pvt Ltd company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products maintain the required quality standards. Your responsibilities will involve conducting quality inspections and testing at various stages of production, collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements, and addressing any issues related to product defects or deviations from quality standards.Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality. Additionally, you will document quality-related processes, findings, and corrective actions, collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues, and conduct audits to verify compliance with industry standards and regulations.To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in manufacturing or rubber industries. You should possess a strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and ISO standards, the ability to perform detailed inspections and analyze quality metrics, proficiency in MS Office and quality management software, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.The work hours for this role are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. This is a full-time position with day shifts, and the work location is in person at our facility.
