Project status reporting, Data Mining, Analysis and presenting.
Responsible for establishing project documentation frame work and methodology
Tracking budget and shared goals activities across R&D for all markets
Facilitating, co-ordinating and organizing for leadership reviews
PIF tracking, Project code creation in Metis, closely working with Finance on SAP code creation and updation
Maintain and circulate issue log every week with support of core project management team
Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders.
Good hands on experience on Excel, Power point, Word presentations.
Must be able to use project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Gantt charts, spreadsheets)
Handling process improvement initiatives and helping in streamlining processes
Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all project team members understand and follow these.
Opening with Operation project management group and candidate applying will be dealing with all stake holders and superiors across organization.
Experienced candidate with awareness on project life cycle or prior work in project management will be added advantage.
