Job Description

    As a Software Test Engineer, your role will involve manual testing of internal and vendor-supplied software and systems, particularly focusing on smartphones and telecommunications products.Key Responsibilities:- Write test plans based on requirements, specifications, and test strategies.- Debug issues and identify root causes.- Plan, create, debug, and execute performance tests.- Design, execute, and review test cases and scripts.- Conduct GUI testing, functional testing, regression testing, and utilize Test Director.- Perform manual testing for websites and mobile applications including iPhone/Android and 2D & 3D game testing.- Prepare reports on test results, quality issues, and their analysis.- Communicate results to the QA manager.- Raise alerts for critical issues that may jeopardize the project.Qualifications Required:- Strong ability in root cause analysis.- Deep understanding of QA processes, test case preparation, and testing methodologies.- Proficiency in using versioning systems for test scripts.- Experience in creating and conducting test campaigns as needed.- Familiarity with bug tracking databases for reporting.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.You will be based in Rajkot and the job is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in software testing.,
