Job Description

    The Stock Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing and conducting stock audits across multiple retail store locations to ensure inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and prevent stock losses. You will work closely with store managers, warehouse teams, and finance departments to enhance stock management practices and reduce shrinkage.Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing periodic stock audits, conducting physical verification of inventory, identifying and investigating stock discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company inventory policies, recommending process improvements, analyzing stock movement patterns, preparing audit reports, collaborating with finance teams, identifying and mitigating fraud risks, coordinating with store managers and warehouse teams, training staff on best practices, and supporting internal teams in implementing stock audit procedures.To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, knowledge of retail stock management and loss prevention techniques. You should hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or retail operations. Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP systems and stock audit tools.Please note that this role may require frequent travel to retail store locations and flexible working hours based on audit schedules.,
