Job Description

As part of the Leadership hiring team at Emipro, you will be responsible for junior to medium level mandates with a focus on reducing the time to hire, optimizing hiring costs, and delivering top leadership talent. Your key responsibilities will include:- Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle- Adopting a proactive and innovative approach to attract candidates- Sourcing and maintaining a potential candidate database- Coordinating with recruitment managers across functional areas- Posting jobs on various online and offline platforms regularly- Representing Emipro in annual events at academic institutes and building rapport- Assisting the HR team during the interview process- Updating job descriptions as needed- Conducting pre-joining/post-joining formalities and background verification- Coordinating different hiring sources like Campus hiring and Job fairs- Staying updated with all platforms where Emipro conducts businessQualifications required for this role:- Prior experience in recruitment- Good communication, time management, and relationship building skills- Knowledge of various IT terminologiesNice to have:- MBA in HR and Under-graduation in technology background preferred- 1 years of experience in talent acquisition roles in IT/ITES companiesLocation: Rajkot, Gujarat.Minimum Experience Required: 2 yearsQualification: Any graduate and above As part of the Leadership hiring team at Emipro, you will be responsible for junior to medium level mandates with a focus on reducing the time to hire, optimizing hiring costs, and delivering top leadership talent.
