Educational qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate with relevant work experience Work experience: Around 5 years to 8 years of relevant work experience of sales/training domain Must be creating and possess an art of storytelling Skills required: Good inter-personal skills Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.MS PowerPoint, MS word, and other platforms Ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Thorough understanding of business model Proofreading and editing abilities Data gathering and analysis Planning and organizing Job profile: Training Manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. He is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. He will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast- paced environment. To ensure success, Training Managers should understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce. candidates will be innovative, strong decision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning and change. KRAs: Training need identification in consultation with Regional Heads and Business Heads. Delivering various training programs and initiatives to address needs of the employees/APs. Planning and conducting induction and various training programs. Evaluate training program s effectiveness conduct test and feedbacks share reports in mis format. Travel to various locations and branches to train and develop skills of employees and APs. Preparation of monthly training calendar and share with Training Head. Facilitating training programs for branch employees, Channel partners in consultation with management. Will have to travel to locations and gather employees at a common place to make training cost effective. Preparing and delivering various training programs to enhance skill, attitude, and knowledge of employees of Marwadi Group. Act as an SPOC on various product knowledge points between HO and Employees/APs. Must keep budgets in mind while making a travelling plan and get it approved by Training Head before travelling. Must be thoroughly updated with Product team to immediately download key points to the team. Must work and be in line with organization s goal and business objectives. Partner with BD team to enhance skill level business performance. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving or Analysis skill. Should be focused on self-learning to enhance knowledge skills Should be able to understand business model and its integrity.,
