Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Used Car Salesperson, your main responsibility will be to sell new vehicles while meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. You will be in charge of prospecting, selling, and following up with potential customers. Your goal is to ensure the satisfaction of customers by determining their vehicle needs through effective questioning and listening skills.Key Responsibilities:- Sell new vehicles to potential customers- Prospect for new leads- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction- Meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standardsQualifications Required:- 4 years of total work experience in a similar role (Preferred)Additional Details:The company offers the following benefits:- Health insurance- Paid time off- Provident FundWorking Schedule:- Full-time, Permanent position- Day shift, Morning shift- Performance bonus availableWork Location:This position requires working in person at the designated location.
