Job Description

    1.Cost quality and timely delivery of all sub contracted components and also thecomponents on job work basis.2. Safe and secure movement of controlled copies of drawing of sub contracted and jobwork components.3. Calculation of engineering cost of component, Negotiations with vendor andcommercial aspects of purchase and job work activities.4. Issue of purchase order for sub contracted components and also the issue of job workorder and material along with drawings related to both.5. Delivery Challans invoices and excise forms should always accompany the materialand GRN inspection report, invoice and other relevant documents should be checkedby vendor development department and should be forwarded to the relateddepartments.6. To update HOD with Shortage list daily.7. Every incoming material received from vendor & job works so shortage list updatedagainst GRN.8. To maintain ISO documents periodically.9. Maintain register of rejection material received from Q.A. department.10. Inspection & intimation issue to Q.A. department through mail.11. Preparing list of spare SMO and spare order issue to related vendor.
