Job Description

    As an Anesthesiologist in Ranchi, Jharkhand, your role will involve assessing the health and fitness of patients prior to surgery to determine the safest anesthesia plan. During surgical procedures, you will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, managing medical conditions, and administering anesthesia. Post-surgery, your duties will include monitoring patient recovery, managing pain, and deciding on discharge timelines.In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in pain management, assisting patients with chronic pain conditions such as migraines, fibromyalgia, and cancer pain. You will also provide critical care to unconscious or medically unstable patients.Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and radiologists, is essential in ensuring comprehensive patient care. Alongside clinical duties, administrative tasks such as writing discharge letters and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings will be part of your routine.To excel in this role, you must possess excellent bedside manner, quick decision-making skills in high-pressure situations, and a strong sense of compassion towards patients. Your work schedule will be full-time and permanent, with flexibility in working days and timings. The offered salary is 2 lakhs per month, along with benefits like health insurance and provident fund.If you have at least 3 years of experience in Anesthesiology, a background in both pediatric and adult cases, and are based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, we encourage you to share your updated resume for consideration.
