Job Description

    As an HR Executive at Godawari Harsh Construction Pvt. Ltd. / M/S DILIP KUMAR, your role will involve managing HR operations across project sites, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance, and employee engagement.- Maintain employee documentation and verify with Manager HR.- Manage daily attendance records for site and office staff.- Handle recruitment & onboarding including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.- Ensure compliance with labour laws and site-level statutory requirements.- Assist Manager HR in monthly HR reports and manpower planning.- Provide HR support in grievance handling, site workforce deployment, and training.To excel in this role, you should have:- MBA (HR) with 4-5 years of experience as HR Executive in the construction sector.- Strong knowledge of labour law compliance, site workforce management, and HRMS tools.- Proficiency in MS Excel & HR documentation.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.- Ability to work in site-based environments and handle multi-site coordination.,
