Job Description

As a Middle Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing our products and expanding our international team. Your dedication to delivering high productivity will directly contribute to the success of our customers. **Responsibilities:**- Gather requirements from main stakeholders- Identify and analyze customer needs and define product vision and strategy- Create Value propositions, features, and user stories- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and teams- Work with UX designer to prepare wireframes and designs- Lead Product Backlog grooming and planning- Ensure transparency and prioritization of the Product Backlog- Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal teams and management- Provide visible forecast and notify stakeholders of any significant changes- Manage team workflow and task assignments**Required experience and skills:**- 3 years in product development as Product Manager or Product Owner- Experience in Mobile and Web product development- Ability to identify use cases and prioritize them for maximum business value- Strong presentation and communication skills- Data management skills- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and feedback- Ability to combine creativity, innovation, and analytics- Strong analytical skills- Experience in managing cross-functional teams- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency**Will be a plus:**- Understanding of agile SDLC methods and frameworks- Business Analysis skills and knowledge- Technical background in development or QAIn addition, we offer competitive salary, career growth opportunities, flexible work schedule, minimal bureaucracy, professional skills development programs, paid sick leaves and vacation days, corporate events, and the possibility to work remotely.,
