Job Description

    You will be joining as an Area Sales Manager with 4-7 years of experience in the Education Industry, focusing on School Marketing. Your educational qualifications should include an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute, preceded by BBA/B.Com. Graduates from technical streams will not be considered for this role. The company is hiring for 2 positions which will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The job location for this position is in Banaras.Your primary responsibility will be to market and promote the companys products, emphasizing the concept of One Stop School Solution in schools within your designated area. You will also be tasked with developing the Distribution Channel to reach the end customers in alignment with the companys rules and policies.To excel in this role, you should possess adequate aptitude for marketing, particularly in Institutional/School Marketing, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong presentation skills, confidence, and a presentable demeanor are also essential. Analytical skills to assess competition, the ability to train, groom, and lead a team are crucial for success in this role.As the Area Manager, you will overlook one state or part of a state, reporting to the Regional Manager. Your key responsibilities will include team handling of two to three Business Development Managers, fostering a sense of teamwork, engaging with School Management to finalize concepts, analyzing the competition in school supplies, studying trends in product categories, market mapping, and meeting prospects for channel development.This is a full-time position with additional benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule. The role requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, and the ability to commute/relocate to Ranchi, Jharkhand is preferred. The expected start date for this position is 10/03/2025.,
