In this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the companys strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, specifically in the construction, infrastructure, and related sectors. Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through digital channels, focusing on key stakeholders in the building material or construction industry.2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and structural engineers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate services. Ensure timely follow-ups, provide project updates, and maintain client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.3. Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities within the industry. Use insights from research to optimize digital marketing strategies and business development efforts.4. Project Management & Sales: Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring the closure of deals and securing contracts that align with organizational goals. Hands-on experience in marketing for Building Materials Industry.5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a consistent customer experience. Assist in motivating and managing the team to achieve business development objectives.Desired Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduate/PG Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Build Material Industry.
