Job Description

    As the Happiness Manager at Grihum Residences, a premium student/professional housing brand in Ranchi, your main responsibility is to ensure a positive, safe, and engaging living experience for our residents. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive community by building strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment.Your key responsibilities will involve resident welfare & engagement, safety & discipline, maintaining SOPs, operations management, conflict resolution, event planning, reporting & coordination, and vendor management. You will need to oversee housekeeping, security, and food services to uphold high standards of hygiene and quality while handling complaints and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.To excel in this role, previous experience in hostel/hotel management, student housing, or similar roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle student concerns with empathy and authority.
