Job Description

    As a Middle UI/UX Designer at our company based in Ranchi, India, you will play a crucial role in expanding our international team and contributing to the development of our products. We are seeking individuals who are high-energy, lifelong learners, prioritize work-life balance, and are committed to delivering top-notch productivity for the success of our customers.**Responsibilities:**- Design UI/UX for both mobile and web platforms- Develop the end-to-end user experience starting from early prototypes to final implementation- Create, enhance, and utilize wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction ideas- Prepare compatible images, sources, or guidelines for the development team- Demonstrate flexibility by offering multiple approaches to meet project needs- Present and justify design decisions based on the design roadmap and fundamental principles such as color theory and visual weight- Conduct concept and usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations**Required experience and skills:**- 2 years of experience in web design as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer- Proficiency in Figma (required), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and other design tools- Creative thinker with a strong passion for UX/UI design and meticulous attention to detail- Experience working with vector elements and creating flat illustrations- Demonstrated curiosity, outcome orientation, and ability to persuade stakeholders with design solutions- Intermediate English proficiency or above**Will be a plus:**- Familiarity with accessibility design rules- Experience with any graphics editor (e.g., Photoshop)- Knowledge of Agile methodologies**We offer:**- Competitive salary based on your professional experience- Career growth opportunities- Flexible work schedule- Minimal bureaucracy- Professional skills development and training programs- Paid sick leaves, vacation days, and public holidays- Corporate events- Possibility to work remotelyJoin us and be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences for our customers.,
