As we expand into Odisha, we are looking for hardworking and motivated people to join our team in Bhubaneswar.Role OverviewThis role is for people with 23 years of work experience who want to learn and grow in the logistics industry. As a Hub Supervisor, you will work mostly in the field and handle different tasks like hiring delivery partners, managing deliveries, solving customer issues, and supporting local sales activities.Your Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Partner Management Help in hiring and training local delivery boys. Teach them how to use the app and follow rules. Solve their problems and keep them motivated.2. Managing Orders Make sure all orders are picked up and delivered on time. Work with delivery boys and the team to fix any delivery issues. Double-check the delivery details for accuracy.3. Customer Service Talk to customers and help solve order problems. Keep a record of calls, chats, and complaints. Escalate bigger issues to your senior team.4. Hub Operations Manage daily hub activities like rider attendance and delivery planning. Make sure more than enough delivery partners are available and ready. Keep track of performance using real-time dashboards and suggest improvements.5. Sales Support Build good relationships with shops and small businesses. Bring riders according to the perform metric Promote Zorrros services in the local market.Who Can Apply Education Graduation preferred but not compulsory.Skills Must speak Hindi, English Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Good at managing people and handling multiple tasks. Must be positive, a quick learner, and a team player.Experience 23 years in logistics, delivery, or customer service work.Personality Energetic and responsible.
