Job Description

    As an HR Intern at Kalam Academy in Ranchi, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding for new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be motivated to contribute to the success of our team.As an HR Intern at Kalam Academy, you will receive a monthly stipend of 5,000 rupees and work from our office in Ranchi for a duration of 3 months. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and gain valuable hands-on experience in HR operations.
