Job Description

    As a Loan Sourcing Specialist based in Ranchi, your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing, field activities, and channel partnerships. Your role will involve ensuring the acquisition of quality business and timely processing of loans.Key Responsibilities:- Source and acquire new customers for PL, BL, HL, LAP products utilizing field sales, direct marketing, and channel partners like DSAs and builders.- Conduct client meetings to explain product features, assist in documentation, and guide customers through the loan application process.- Build and manage relationships with agents, referral partners, branches, and intermediaries to expand the sourcing network across Ranchi.- Achieve monthly/quarterly loan sourcing targets for each product line and maintain a healthy business pipeline.- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to ensure quick and compliant application processing and disbursement.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt sourcing strategies for maximum conversion.- Prepare MIS and business development reports for management, tracking achievements and providing market feedback.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate/PG in any discipline, with experience in loan product sourcing or field sales preferred.- Good communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.- Knowledge of loan documentation, regulatory norms, and financial product features.- Proficiency with basic MS Office and reporting tools; ability to travel locally.In this role, you will be a valuable asset in ensuring the growth and success of loan sourcing activities while maintaining compliance and quality standards.Job Type: PermanentBenefits:- Health insurance- Provident FundExperience:- Loan: 1 year (Required)- Banking: 2 years (Required)- Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
