Job Description

    As a PHP / Laravel Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure code for web applications. Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices will also be part of your duties. In case of issues in web applications, you will troubleshoot and debug, providing timely resolutions. Furthermore, optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability will be essential.Collaboration with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic is crucial. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP and Laravel development will help you suggest improvements to enhance application performance and usability. Maintaining documentation of code and project tasks, as well as contributing to technical specifications, will be an integral part of your role. Additionally, your involvement in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, is expected.To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge and experience in PHP web development. Proficiency in the Laravel framework and its ecosystem is essential, along with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Experience with relational databases like MySQL and ORM frameworks like Eloquent is required. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, is preferred. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies is also necessary. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will be advantageous.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the educational requirement is a Bachelors degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in PHP-Laravel, 2 years of total work experience, and preferably 1 year of experience in software development.
