Job Description

    As a skilled and proactive Merchandiser specializing in Shirts, you will be joining our factory team. Your main responsibilities will include managing shirt orders from start to finish, coordinating with various teams for timely delivery, and overseeing day-to-day merchandising tasks in a garment manufacturing setting.- Oversee the entire process of shirt orders- Work closely with buyers, production, and sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery- Have a strong grasp of shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and fit- Maintain production timelines and track Work in Progress (WIP)- Keep all stakeholders updated- Follow up on fabric and trims procurement to ensure availability as per schedule- Monitor quality standards and effectively communicate buyer requirements- Prepare and maintain a Time & Action (TNA) calendar- Handle buyer communications and approvals- Resolve production issues in a timely mannerQualifications Required:- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in garment merchandising with a specialization in shirts- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment,
