Job Description

    As a Site Engineer (Civil) at Floatex Solar Pvt Ltd in Tilaiya, Jharkhand, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects under the guidance of the Site Incharge/Operation Head. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating site construction activities, preparing detailed construction schedules and budgets, reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, ensuring timely delivery of materials, conducting daily briefings and site meetings, maintaining relationships with clients, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to prevent delays.To excel in this role, you should be a Bachelors in civil engineering graduate with 3-6 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in solar or floating solar projects. You should have the ability to review engineering drawings, prepare BBS and BoQ, and ensure quality plans are implemented.
