Job Description

    As a Supervisor in the Electric Department at our Bokaro, Jharkhand location, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion of work in accordance with safety standards. Your role will involve supervising the daily activities of the electrical team, coordinating with engineers and management for smooth operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, monitoring electrical work quality, resolving technical issues, and maintaining records of work progress, materials, and manpower.To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in electrical works. Additionally, you should possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of electrical safety standards.This is a full-time/contractual position requiring 23 years of experience in electrical operations, maintenance, or project supervision.
