Job Description

    The position of Tele Sales Executive is currently open for male candidates with a preferred experience of 3 to 4 years in B2B Sales within the Logistics & Manufacturing industry. The role requires proficiency in Hindi and is based at Ranchi as a desk job.As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients from the provided qualified leads list. Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions will be key aspects of your role. You will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in B2B sales, specifically within logistics or manufacturing industries. Fluency in Hindi, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to handle rejection, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, as well as strong organizational and time management skills are essential requirements for this position.In return, we offer a competitive salary package along with an attractive incentive structure for high performers.
