Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the building materials industry, your role will involve generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a variety of construction and building products.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, architects, builders, and construction firms.- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and effectively close deals.- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.Qualifications Required:- Marketing, or related field preferred.- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction sector.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in the construction industry is a plus.This full-time position requires you to work during the day, fixed or morning shifts at the in-person work location. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.,
