Job Description

    As a Merchandiser at Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and delivery teams at the retail account level. Your responsibilities will include product rotation, pricing, executing promotional programs, and maintaining merchandising standards to help grow the business.Key Responsibilities:- Communicate regularly with sales and delivery teams regarding any issues at retail accounts.- Check-in deliveries at assigned retail accounts, ensuring order accuracy.- Fill cooler spaces and shelves while following proper rotation based on code dates.- Build product displays according to merchandising standards.- Ensure accurate pricing and marketing materials are displayed.- Remove damaged and out-of-code products from shelves and coolers, repair damage if possible, and return items to shelves.- Adhere strictly to account service schedules and route assignments as directed by management.- Establish two-way communications with your manager to discuss customer needs, opportunities, account progress, and potential issues.- Maintain quality control standards within each account according to company standard operating procedures.- Perform any additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 2 years of general employment experience, with a preference for experience in customer service, merchandising, or other sales-related positions.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.- Ability to work and problem-solve with minimal supervision.- Proficiency in technology.- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.- Valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen that includes THC.- Physical requirements include frequent bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and sitting; fine finger and hand manipulation; clear speaking and hearing; visual acuity for reading and driving; lifting, moving, and carrying up to 25 lbs. frequently, more than 50 lbs. occasionally, and up to 150 lbs. occasionally; ability to work in varying temperatures.,
