  • Provide technical support 24X7 to all users for resolving Network related issues.
  • Installing new computer systems and connecting them into LAN/Wi-Fi
  • Installing the OS and supporting software as per the guidelines of the organization.
  • ERP implementation monitoring and support in training and connectivity matters.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Outlook and various other Microsoft applications.
  • Monitoring and analysing the network of organization.
  • Responsible for installing new hardware, systems and software for network
  • Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues, Problems in Tally and other Softwares.
  • Responsible to maintain device backups according to the Organization policy.
  • Ensure proper asset management, procurement (after proper negotiation), maintenance of inventory, life cycle management & necessary documentation pertaining to IT.
  • Maintain records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organizations hardware and software, systems & laptops.
  • Provide complete online support to Manufacturing unit related to connectivity and hardware matters.
