Job Description

  • Understanding of System and Insurance Product.
  • Field Job (Mapping of Agents according to given location).
  • Agent Recruitment (Minimum 15 agents to be active).
  • Generating IRDA code of Agents (Training Agents for IRDA exam).
  • Training Agents.
  • Servicing Agents.
  • Generating Business.
  • Bike Mandatory.
  • Work from Field (No daily personal office visit).
Role
  • Plan of Action for the day and fill it in VYMO (Internal Software).
  • Follow up with existing Agents on daily basis.
  • Visit for New Agent recruitment.
  • Getting leads from Agents.
  • Accompanying agents to close certain calls.
  • Understanding leads and providing necessary support to Agents to close the call.
  • Tie-up with business where we have more footfalls (Petrol pump / hospitals / medical stores / banks).
