Brief description of the Profile (Voice Process) :You will be hired as Senior Customer Support Representative wherein you will be provided with acomprehensive training in all the major streams for Customer Service operationsOn the outset of your employment, you will be joining as Senior Customer Support Representativewherein you will be introduced to a world in which you are provided with a comprehensivetraining in all the major streams including Customer Service and Operations on each level of yourgrowth. You would be provided with handsome remuneration with basic salary and performancebased incentives.Salary Take Home : Rs.18000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month.Job Location : Yeshwanth, Bengaluru.Languages : Excellent English, Hindi (Mandatory).Job Role : Customer Support Representative/ Senior Customer Support Representative.Job Type: Travel help desk (Voice).Experience : 0 2 years of experience in relevant field of Senior CSR .Work Timings : Male candidates - Rotational Shifts and Female Candidates- Day shift - 6:00am to7:00pm (Rotational week offs).Cab Facility: No Cabs Provided (Shifts are given considering Public transport or Candidate havingtheir own Transport).Week Off: 1 day rotational Off.Age : 18Years to 34 Years.Qualification Required : Any stream Degree or 10 + 2 (PUC) can apply. Having relevant TravelDesk experience is an added advantage.Summary of Job :As the part of the responsibility, you shall be the voice of the Concierge services for a global leadingbank.
