: Head of Sales AsiaThe Head of Sales Asia role is a player-coach role identifying and acquiring new clients, ensuring revenue targets are met consistently and developing the Asia sales team to become experts at hunting, pipeline development and management, forecasting, negotiating and closing new business.As the sales leader of the Asia region, he/she will lead the sales strategy and execution for our background screening solution across the region. He/she will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding our client base in key verticals such as financial services, technology, healthcare, professional services and staffing etc.This is a sales leader role and required to partner and work closely with key stakeholders both locally, regionally and globally to develop and own the overall new logo acquisition strategy and execution of the strategy in Asia.This role requires an understanding of compliance, data privacy and risk management in hiring, along with a proven ability to sell complex B2B solutions in a regulated environment.ResponsibilitiesNew Logo Acquisition Strategy and Execution
