Job Description

  • Analyse data and intel on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
  • Communicate and review sale teams sales performance metrics against key performance indicators.
  • Conduct negotiation of sales agreements.
  • Develop actions for clients requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
  • Develop consultative selling methods to identify clients needs.
  • Develop measures to enhance client retention based on customer data and purchasing behaviour.
  • Develop measures to strengthen client portfolio based on client segmentation.
  • Develop sales strategies to align with client segmentation, competitor analysis and overall strategies.
  • Develop upselling techniques.
  • Handle complex customer enquiries.
  • Lead follow-up with clients to close sales.
  • Manage sales channels and database of sales leads.
  • Participate in relevant industry events for networking.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
  • Propose recommendations to form and allocate sales teams.
  • Propose sales channels and network expansion plans.
  • Qualify sales leads.
  • Relay customer feedback and market sentiments to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services.
  • Review recommendations of products and services to match clients needs.
  • Support official responses to client dissatisfaction of products and services delivery.
