Customer Service RepresentativeRequisition ID: 42684Job Location(s): Dubnica nad Vahom, SKAre you looking for a new career challenge Join in Danfoss!We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer.You will be responsible, as part of the Customer Service team, to ensure that all customers requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. At work, you will use English on a daily basis and our office will be based in Dubnica nad Vahom.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing customer orders, enquiries and supporting activities.
  • Collaborating with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customers expectations.
  • Interacting with your fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure team goals are achieved.
  • Handling phone calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfosss products and services. E.g., following up on an existing order, product specific questions, and/or tracking a shipment, etc.
  • Applying Danfoss standard operations procedures in daily work yet remaining flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus.

  • Educational background in Administration, Economy, or equivalent field of studies
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • SAP knowledge is a great advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • High attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to multitask with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills and a proven commitment to customer service excellence
  • Very good attitude towards changes in procedures, systems, etc. embracing them and promoting them within the organization
