Job Description

Junior AP Resolution SpecialistRequisition ID: 42497Job Location(s): Povazska Bystrica, SKWe have an opportunity for a Junior AP Resolution Specialist to join our diverse team. On this position you will support upper-level AP Specialist and helping to ensure prompt processing, evaluation and reporting of expense records for payment.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support on creating the reports, helping to analyze the open items on GR/IR accounts.
  • Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely, effective execution of needed tasks.
  • Manage AP subledger and actively reviewing the old/open un-resolved debit balances etc. items and act as decision maker to resolve/clear.
  • Reviewing vendor reminders, checking the fines, escalations received from/towards vendors.
