Job Description

As a Technical Associate at our company, your role will involve conducting site inspections, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring accurate data entry and analysis through the Vendor platform. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting physical site inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.- Performing valuation of properties using the Vendor platform in accordance with market standards.- Preparing and reviewing valuation reports with accuracy and consistency.- Collecting relevant market data such as sale/resale rates, rental values, and construction cost trends.- Coordinating with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.- Maintaining updated knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulatory changes.- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, client requirements, and statutory regulations.- Handling multiple assignments and delivering within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).Qualifications required for this role include:- Education: - Option 1: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) - Option 2: 12th Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field- Experience: - 03 years of experience in property valuation or related field - Must have working experience with Vendor (mandatory)In addition, you should possess the following skills and competencies:- Good understanding of property valuation principles and methods.- Proficiency in using Vendor and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Willingness to travel for field inspections as required.Preferred qualifications include knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory norms, experience in working with banks or NBFCs on valuation projects, and basic AutoCAD skills (optional).,
