CC Division Supervisor (Cleaning Contracts Supervisor)Role OverviewThe Cleaning Contracts Supervisor supports the Manager by supervising daytoday cleaning operations, staff, and site performance. The role focuses on ensuring standards are met on-site, shifts are covered, and client expectations are maintained.Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on assigned sites, including task allocation and shift scheduling.
• Inspect premises regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are achieved.
• Report site issues, staffing gaps, and equipment needs to the Manager, CC Division.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to cleaning staff on methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Maintain basic records: attendance, work checklists, incident reports, and materials usage.
• Liaise with clients on minor day-to-day queries and escalate major concerns to the Manager.
Requirements
• Prior experience (2-3 years) in cleaning supervision or housekeeping supervision preferred.
• Strong people management and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of cleaning processes, chemicals, and equipment.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple sites/shifts and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
