Job Description

    HR & Admin ExecutiveExperience: 2-5 Years Location: On-site Travel: Required (Local travel for liaisoning)Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and office administration. The role involves payroll support, attendance management, employee engagement, vendor coordination, liaisoning with government authorities, and general admin responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
    • End-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
    • Support HR operations and policy implementation
    • Handle employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
    • Address employee queries and HR coordination
    • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
    • Manage office administration and facility operations
    • Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance
    • Travel locally for liaisoning with government officials
    • Support statutory documentation and compliance
    • Handle travel bookings, dispatch, and office supplies
    • Monitor admin expenses and vendor invoices
    Requirements
    • Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
    • 2- 5 years experience in HR & Admin role
    • Experience in payroll, attendance & HR operations preferred
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Willingness to travel locally
