Job Description

    As an ASP Dot Net Team Leader at nopAccelerate, you will be responsible for coding in high-risk/high-complexity areas and establishing patterns for other developers to follow. Collaborating with Product Managers/Architects to establish requirements and overall design will be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with management to develop project schedules, provide accurate development estimates, and identify/mitigate project risks.Ensuring quality through code reviews and other tools like peer programming is essential. You will also be involved in reviewing product documentation, providing consultation to other departments for training materials, and sharing knowledge within the team. Your feedback and assistance will be valuable for personnel evaluations and development plans.Your skills in project management, agile development processes, and Microsoft .NET technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework will be put to use. Proficiency in C#, SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, HTML-CSS, AJAX, jQuery, and Web Services is required. You should be able to complete all phases of the software development life cycle and manage large-scale web/database applications effectively.Having a working knowledge of the latest development tools and techniques, along with strong problem-solving and analysis skills, is important. Being a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills is crucial for this role. Previous experience in leading development teams and ecommerce website development would be advantageous.To be eligible for this position, you should hold a graduate/postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
