Job Description

As a Systems Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various systems and networks. Your main responsibilities will include:- Having a minimum of 200 systems tech support experience.- Demonstrating in-depth understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networking, and troubleshooting techniques.- Possessing good knowledge of virtualization technologies.- Experience with configuring business-class firewalls and Gateway.- Understanding of networking protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, VLAN, and VPN.- Having in-depth knowledge of concepts such as load balancing, fail-over, cloud computing, and network security.- Ability to solve desktop/laptop related issues.- Hands-on experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, modems, access points, bridges, and firewalls.- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting LAN and WLAN problems.Qualifications Required:- Preferably 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support/System/Networking.- Skills in hardware troubleshooting, technical support, mail configuration, remote support, printer support, basic networking, Windows, AD, DHCP, DNS, SLA, and ticketing tools.For any additional details about the company, please refer to the companys official website or reach out to the HR at hidden_mobile.Please confirm if you are comfortable with the evening shift timing from 3 pm to 12 am.
