Job Description

    As an Executive - Sales in the API department, your role will involve identifying and evaluating potential international markets for API sales, with a focus on both Emerging and Established markets. Your key responsibilities will include:- Having experience in API/Bulk drug/Fine Chemical- Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and regulatory authorities- Generating leads and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships- Regularly meeting with clients to understand their requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement- Negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining competitivenessQualifications required for this role include:- Any Graduate of B.Sc/M.Sc/MBA in Pharmaceuticals/IB or any relevant degree in Pharmaceuticals- More than 6 months of work experience in the API department of any Pharmaceutical Company/Chemical CompanyAdditionally, you should possess the following skill set:- Knowledge and experience in API markets- Exposure to Emerging Markets- Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written)- Good negotiation skills- Familiarity with MS Office and other communication media such as Zoom, Gmeet, Botim, etc.,
