Always Correct Grammar, Spell Check, Punctuation. Make A Call To The Site To Investigate The Case Get Relevant Information And Update The IR Accordingly. Categories Ir Into Internal/External & Minor/Major, And Send It Out Accordingly. Internal Includes Gm, Am, Rm, And Internal Departments (Ie. Laundry, Maintenance, Food, Transport Etc) Always Check The Cad Ref. If The Incident Is Related To An Emergency. If The IR Is Too Brief Make It Short With Making Sense And Covering All The Points.
