Job Description

    As a Backend Developer at Axelor in Surat, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend modules using Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. You will work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL databases, handle XML-based configurations, and participate in enterprise integrations. Collaboration using Git, Eclipse/IntelliJ, and Linux-based environments will be an integral part of your role. Your contributions will focus on evolving the open-source ERP and BPM platform, emphasizing clean, modular code that solves real business problems.To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 5 years of experience in backend development with a strong grasp of Java and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. Experience with relational databases and build tools like Gradle is essential. Familiarity with GitHub, Linux, and modern development workflows is preferred. A clear, structured coding style with attention to performance and maintainability is highly valued. While prior ERP/BPM platform experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.Additionally, experience in REST API development, knowledge of JSON, Maven, Jenkins, and Tomcat/Jetty, as well as a basic understanding of JavaScript, would be advantageous.
