Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Your role will also involve coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress. Additionally, you will be monitoring and enforcing safety protocols on-site. Key Responsibilities:- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications- Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports- Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment effectively- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials- Manage site inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources- Analyze each element of a structure to determine pressure and loads generated by human or environmental influence- Perform mathematical calculations- Design a structure that resists all types of loads it is subject to- Create specifications and structural models with computer-assisted design software- Evaluate elements configuration, alternating between analysis and design until they create a final configuration- Write reports and track project progress- Inspect construction sites and follow safety guidelines- Collaborate with project managers and contractorsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering- Minimum 3 years of experience in Civil Execution & Structures- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Projects- Minimum 4 years of experience in Civil engineeringAdditional Company Details:The company offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule is on a day shift from Monday to Friday with a performance bonus. The job requires in-person work at the Surat, Gujarat location. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.(Note: Expected Start Date - 01/06/2025),
