Job Description

    Mojo Dropshipping is focused on creating a dynamic, user-friendly platform that connects sellers (wholesalers, traders, and manufacturers) with dropshippers and Creating a source of income for both sellers and dropshippers . The platforms primary objective is to facilitate a seamless interaction where sellers can list their products, and dropshippers can find and sell these products at the cheapest prices with high margins. The detailed scope of our work includes:Are you passionate about e-commerce, driven by innovation, and looking for an entrepreneurial adventure We are building a cutting-edge dropshipping platform tailored for the Indian market, and were looking for a dynamic co-founder to join us on this journey.Key Responsibilities: Co-create and execute the business strategy for scaling the platform. Lead operational efforts, including vendor management, product sourcing, and customer support. Drive growth through innovative marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Oversee technical developments in collaboration with tech teams (if needed). Build a strong brand presence across various channels and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with investors, stakeholders, and partners for fundraising and partnerships.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field (Entrepreneurial experience can be substituted for formal education). Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem, consumer behavior, and logistics landscape. A proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building or scaling startups, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or retail. Previous experience in dropshipping, B2B sourcing, or supply chain management is highly desirable.Key Skills: Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Ability to set vision, align teams, and execute at scale. Marketing & Growth Hacking: Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies. Operations & Vendor Management: Strong skills in negotiating with suppliers, ensuring product quality, and optimizing fulfillment processes. Financial Acumen: Ability to handle budgets, manage cash flow, and oversee business financial health. Tech-savviness: Comfortable working with technology teams to develop platform features and drive tech-related innovations. Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with partners, investors, and stakeholders. Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience: 5 years of experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, supply chain, or a related field. Prior experience in scaling startups or entrepreneurial ventures. Experience working in or with the Indian market, with a deep understanding of local dynamics and challenges. A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing a variety of business operations.
