Job Description

    As a Dealer in the Currency & Commodity channel department at the Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager grade (E1 or E2), your primary role will be to generate brokerage through Currency & Commodity Trading. You should possess basic knowledge about Commodity & Currency Segments and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive brokerage. It is essential to stay updated with the domestic markets and consistently achieve organizational targets.Key Responsibilities:- Generate brokerage primarily through Currency & Commodity Trading- Maintain a good understanding of Commodity & Currency Segments- Cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships for brokerage generation- Stay informed and updated on domestic market trends- Achieve targets set by the organizationQualifications Required:- Graduate with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in Commodity & Currency Segments- Good communication skills and a stable career track record- Result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, and collaborative individual- Ability to network and establish relationships with Kotak Securities Branch & Bank Channel Team- Candidates with prior equity experience will also be considered if they possess knowledge of Commodity & Currency markets and a keen interest in this industryPlease note: The additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
