Job Description

    As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in the Jewellery Industry, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service, resolving complaints and queries in a timely manner, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and keeping track of customer interactions and sales activities.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CRM in the Jewellery Industry- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of CRM software and tools- Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPlease note that this is a full-time position based in Surat (Icchapore) with day shift schedule and in-person work location.,
