Job Description

    The Engineering Specialist position at PVR INOX in Surat is a full-time on-site role that plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and sustainable business practices within the cinema exhibition industry. As a part of the leading multiplex chain in India, PVR INOX offers luxury, service, and cutting-edge technology across its 355 multiplexes in 111 cities.The primary responsibilities of the Engineering Specialist include project management, maintenance, and overseeing unit electrical activities to uphold operational brilliance at PVR INOX. The role requires a strong understanding of Electrical Systems, HVAC, S&P (Sanitation and Plumbing), and SAP. The Engineering Specialist will actively contribute to delivering exceptional cinema experiences and play a key role in maintaining the companys commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.Qualifications for this role include excellent communication and analytical skills, project management expertise, team management capabilities, software and system knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in the field. A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (ITI/Electrical) is required, and possessing an Electrical License is a must. Previous experience in the entertainment or cinema industry would be advantageous.This role is based in Surat, Gujarat, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team at PVR INOX and contribute to the companys continued success in providing tailored cinema experiences and innovative offerings to its customers.,
